There are a lot of times when having detailed information about your computer will really help you out. For example: when you are searching for drivers or when you want to know if a certain game will work on your system, applications like PC Wizard will help you find out details about your system.
Basically the program detects hardware and offers complete information about computer's components, configuration, system files and resources. It also has a section for benchmarking the Central Process Unit (CPU), Disk units, removable drivers, RAM memory, graphic card and MP3 compression.
I appreciated that PC Wizard gives concrete information about both the hardware and software parts which include the Motherboard, Processor, Fans operation, Operating System version, serial number, and much more.
Another plus is that you don’t have to worry about the accuracy of the information that the application supplies because the publisher claims that PC Wizard is being updated monthly in order to provide correct results.
So, as a conclusion, I consider that PC Wizard is indeed powerful and very well documented for a free program, but it is not for beginners. I believe that at least a medium level of IT knowledge is required in order to understand all the software and hardware information that the program offers.
This app allows you to check the flow of data through a computer's COM ports.
